Services CRR Provides:

Community Residential & Respite provides services for Adults, under the following programs HCBS (DD) Waiver and the Adult Day Habilitation program.

We provide Residential, Respite and Day Program services for Adults.

We also provide services for Adults under programs such as the Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver, Developmental Disabilities (Comprehensive) Waiver and the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1967 (OBRA) Waiver.

For adults, Community Residential & Respite can provide Residential and Supported Community Connector, and Respite care.

Communi-Care also provides Mentorship for adults who need assistance to become more independent.

We provide Homemaker, Respite Care, and Community Connector services for children.

We also provide services for Adults under programs such as the Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver, Developmental Disabilities (Comprehensive) Waiver and the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1967 (OBRA) Waiver.

For adults, Communi-Care can provide Homemaker Basic and Homemaker Enhanced, Mentorship, Personal Care, Supported Community Connector, and Respite care.

Communi-Care also provides Mentorship for adults who need assistance to become more independent.
